* Prices are exclusive cleaning. Cleaning are possible in addition by request. A fee of 20 € applies
* Long term rentals or group tours rates on request.
* All prices are per apartment with a possibility for 3 persons per apartment.
* The prices are for minimum a 7 days rental period.
* Weekend rates are 50 € per night in the winter, 40 € per night in the summer.
* Linen and towels will be delivered once a week.

Cleaning and linen change on request:

Monterey : A small and cozy hotel with 18 apartments in the heart of Puerto Rico . The distance to beach, shopping center, and public transportation are just a stone's throw away. The hotel is situated so that you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with the sunbeam from the morning sun. The hotel has a fabulous view over Puerto Rico , and all the apartments have sea view.

Facilities:
Swimming pool, sun terrace with sun loungers, reception, and a small restaurant.

Apartments:
One bedroom ( holds 3 persons). Living room with sofa. American kitchen with 2 electric hot plates, microwave and refrigerator.

All bathrooms have bath / shower and wc. Balcony / terrace.
